The location. The room was very small and the bathroom cramped (the shower was very ordinary, no shelf to put toiletries, which could have hidden the sink's foot!).

Everything worked flawlessly while I was on rapid transit through Toulouse.

Really nice. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the location was not far from the station and close to the centre of town.
