“It needs improvement.”
The staff were kind and helpful, and the location suited my needs, but the old décor felt stale and unclean, and the price I paid didn’t match the value.
Location is good, but there's no charm.
“Елена и Лотар Кил”
Courteous and welcoming greeting. The gentleman at reception helped us with check‑in and advised us where to dine. It was wonderful. No negatives.
The place was on a very quiet street, clean, and even had a terrace with a table; the receptionist was very polite, and there were no negatives.
The staff are friendly and polite.
