“Won't stay there again”

On the beach. We were given a dirty room that was under construction. The phone was broken, the carpet was peeling, the mirror brackets were hanging out of the wall with no mirror, and everything had a layer of dust. I requested a high floor but was assigned the 2nd floor; I had to switch to the 5th floor. On the last night there was a roach in the sink.

“Clean, comfortable and affordable oceanfront hotel”

The oceanfront room offered a great view of the beach and ocean. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I found it odd that breakfast and check‑in were in a completely different building, which was inconvenient. The breakfast buffet could have had a better variety and been better stocked. There was no elevator from the ground‑level parking lot, so we had to carry all our bags up to the first floor and then take an elevator. Later we found a ramp to bring the cart down, but it was still quite difficult to maneuver.
