“Grote teleurstelling. Dit is misleiding.”

We were assigned rooms in a completely different building than the one we booked. It was a strange and confusing experience: I had booked two rooms at the Al Via Vai hotel, Via Albania 4 in Cosmo d' Albanese. The photos showed different rooms in nice colors and the rating was good. We drove to the address; nobody answered the door. I checked my emails and saw that Via Vai (no owner name, no phone number) had asked us a few hours before arrival to go to the Cosmo post office to pick up the key. The post office was closed. We had no name or phone number for the owner. After asking people on the street, someone finally directed us to another address a few streets away. Two bare bedrooms with bathrooms lacking Wi‑Fi. We were tired and spent an hour trying to get in touch. The next morning we left and handed the key to a bar nearby (and no arrangements had been made for that either).
