“Not really a Spa hotel, not as advertised”

The room was nice and the shower worked well, but the spa felt more like a hospital than a relaxing spot, and the indoor pool was tiny. Breakfast was bad and tasted awful, with only instant coffee available. Talking to the staff was difficult, and overall the place had a hospital or recovery‑center vibe.

The location was beautiful, the surroundings lovely, and the spa area was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was nothing negative to mention.
