Tropicana Guesthouse

Everything from the Ponta area community was welcoming—meeting a young man at the entrance who helped locate a nearby street shop for drinks, and the Tropicana was 10/10 with staff, management, and the doggie care. The guest house’s refrigerator doesn’t seem to work properly, and the Maputo entry to South Africa will kill most business because the police strictly enforce bribery.

“One night at Tropicana.”

I found the place super modern and spotless, but it was a hassle that we couldn't use the kitchenette as guests. They did hand us a kettle in the laundry, yet a fully equipped kitchen would have made things a lot easier.
