The staff gave travel advice, helped buy train tickets, provided an internet SIM, and arranged a car from the accommodation to the train station. Usually, when staying in a shared room, towels are placed on the bed, but I didn’t ask the staff; I’m glad I brought my own.

The staff were really kind, even though it wasn’t the owner. When I couldn’t get a train from Luang Pabang to Vang Vieng, they booked it for me. They also arranged shuttle service to major tourist spots and stations through an agency, making the stay comfortable. I’d definitely recommend it to friends.

The staff were easy to talk to, and even without knowing English they used a translator to explain things politely. The Lao coffee they brewed was delicious. On the terrace outside, I got to mingle with other guests, and the place had a relaxed, friendly vibe.
