The staff were friendly and the service solid, and the hotel sits in a convenient spot, but the room only had tap water—no bottled water was provided.

The place is in a decent spot, but if you’re in Goa you should skip it because the price doesn’t match the value; the pool is tiny, there’s no parking for cars or two‑wheelers, and the whole area feels cramped. The rooms were in bad shape—my air conditioner was broken—and the lift was tight and inconvenient. On top of that, they keep changing rates with the season to take advantage of tourists. The on‑site restaurant is overpriced, charging a ridiculous ₹1500 for fish, which is totally unacceptable. This hotel is not family‑friendly, poorly run, and basically just gouging people under the Goa name. Find somewhere else for a real experience.

The hotel staff were great and helped with everything I needed, but I had to switch off the AC at one point during the night because it was too noisy.

“Value for money (uk visitor)”

The hotel’s location is close to everything you’ll need—food, amenities, restaurants, small gift shops. The TV offers a handful of Indian channels and a few English ones, and the list was long, but I just wanted background music. If you’re picky and hunt for flaws, this place isn’t for you: there was a small hair on my bed, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, a dirty foot towel was left behind but it didn’t bother me. It’s easily fixable by the hotel, but I was a single traveller. The view from my balcony was a construction site, among other things.
