“Balneário do Lago foi a melhor opção para curtir minhas férias!”
The room was spacious, with a hot tub and an exceptional view of Furnas. The silence and calm let me enjoy the birds. Pillows and shower were good. The restaurant was excellent. Service was professional. The restaurant staff were lively, friendly and very helpful. The receptionist also attended us very well. The heated pools saved my trip (it rained and cooled down). The double bed felt a bit soft; I prefer a denser mattress, but it didn’t prevent a peaceful stay.

The view, especially of the food and breakfast, is amazing, and the attendants are great. The pools are also good, but the park needs warmer water. The rooms need maintenance on the hydraulics, hanging supports for wet clothes in the bathroom, and some mattresses—especially the single beds—should be replaced.

The structure is excellent, the food is quality, and the staff are polite. The bar’s food and drink options are extremely pricey and small, which is terrible. The lake Park water is very cold.
