“Worth the price”

The staff were plentiful and helped with the all‑inclusive stay, the place was clean and fully equipped with amenities, and the food was tasty. The animals that climbed all over the beach chairs and your belongings were a problem.

“Hotel muy bueno y personal muy amable”

The room was comfortable, the staff were kind, and the hotel’s infrastructure was good. I got little information on where to have breakfast. They were supposed to charge my credit card on 1 February, but the hotel charged it as soon as I booked, so the hotel didn’t keep its promise from Booking.

The facilities were clean, there was a wide variety of food options, the location was great, fresh water was easy to access, and the golf course was beautiful and in immaculate condition—I played four rounds. The service at the golf course was poor; the pro‑shop staff were unfriendly and didn’t really want to help. There was only one place to pick up and change towels, which is inconvenient in such a large resort. The resort’s pricing for small items like allergy tablets or headache tablets was very high, making it a complete rip‑off.
