“elegant place to stay with an exceptional staff”

We had our own patio to watch the sunset, so we didn’t have to fight for a spot to take pictures. The staff were all very pleasant, and because we left too early for breakfast, the hotel provided breakfast in a bag to go. The only downside was the many stairs to reach the room.

“Gorgeous”

This is a lovely hotel with gorgeous views, wonderful staff, very comfortable rooms, and an ideal location; nothing was lacking, everything was just right.

“Fantastic place to spend our vacation!”

I was so thrilled with every detail of this place that I almost didn't want to leave—our view of the caldera, the helpful staff, and the prime location were all fantastic. The breakfast was delivered to our balcony each morning, which was a lovely touch, and the staff truly went above and beyond what I expected. I have no complaints at all and would definitely return.
