I had to sleep on an unmade bed because the room wasn’t cleaned; the garbage bins were full, towels were dirty, and there were dead bugs everywhere. I got a refund, but it didn’t compensate for the terrible night’s sleep. The photos show the condition when I arrived.

We were thrilled with this quaint spot, close to everything we needed, and everything in town was within walking distance. Bringing our dogs was hassle‑free; the rooms were spotless, a rare find for pet‑friendly lodging. Kathleen answered my call immediately when I had a question. We visit Lovelock often and will keep this place as our go‑to.
