“Very poor. The main image of the hotel on booking is fake.”
We arrived at the address shown and saw the hotel ourselves; the main photo on the site was entirely misleading. The taxi driver said the hotel was elsewhere, yet the hotel’s customer service falsely claimed the photo was authentic. The city’s minimum taxi fare is CNY 10, but the hotel staff insisted it was CNY 8 from the airport. The area around the hotel was dirty and poorly maintained, making us feel trapped. There was no English support; staff rudely told us in Chinese that it was up to us whether we stayed.
