Moulin de la Sambuc

“Hôtel simple et accueillant”

Breakfast included freshly baked croissants, fruit juice, and hot drinks on demand. The room had comfortable bedding, and there was on‑site parking. The restaurant offers tasty dishes, and the staff are welcoming. However, the soundproofing could be improved by strengthening the windows or adding plants, because the rooms face a busy road and traffic noise is noticeable.

“On n’y serait pas restés 8 jours.”

A €80 deposit is required for the keys upon arrival. The room must be vacated by 10 am. Traffic noise, a stale smell, and humidity are present.

The staff and breakfast are good. The place is noisy.

“Endroit idéal pour visiter et découvrir les collines de Provence.”

The charm of the place and its typical décor are full of nature, originality of the rooms, and the restaurant is excellent and authentic—definitely worth trying.

“Accogliente e bucolico”

The room was cozy, came with a kettle and a TV that had Netflix, and it was air‑conditioned. Breakfast was good, though it was an extra charge and not included in the room rate. The restaurant was also great, just a little pricey. Nothing else went wrong; the only minor issue was that there was no shower, only a bathtub.
