The place in Florence was nice, but there were a lot of bed bugs and the guy at the desk didn’t even freak out when we showed him the videos.

The staff were kind and check‑in was easy, but breakfast starts late and most activities require us to leave early.

It’s only ten minutes from Florence’s center, the receptionist was super kind and even arranged a paid reserved parking spot for us, but the breakfast could be better and the rooms feel outdated and like they belong in an old convent; they’re large with a lot of potential but just look old‑fashioned.
