The location, facilities, and breakfast were great. The housekeeping staff were a bit rude and didn’t clean properly.

Everything exceeded my expectations! The location is excellent, right next to a 7/11, restaurants, food spots, the square a block away, Starbucks, pharmacies, everything! One block from Playa del Carmen and the hotel staff are super friendly, especially Armando! We will definitely return. Honestly, there was nothing that disappointed us; everything was superb—our favorite hotel in Playa.
