“Excellent hotel, but waiting outside for more than 30 minutes despite arriving at the agreed time was very disappointing”

The hotel is beautiful, very well maintained, and in a lovely location. The room was excellent and overall we were very happy with the accommodation. The check‑in was a negative experience. We arrived at the agreed time, but nobody was there to let us in. When we called, they said they also manage other apartments and that we should wait outside the door for about 30 minutes. In the end, we had to wait for more than half an hour, despite arriving at the time we had previously agreed. This was inconvenient because we had other plans and appointments.

A well-equipped, spacious room with good beds, and a short walk to the town, but the proximity to the highway makes it quite noisy.

“A quality stay”

The hotel is perfect: excellent location, easy access to the motorway, safe parking, a lovely room, polite and friendly staff, and a quality restaurant with great food.
