Very friendly staff, exceptionally clean, excellent breakfast, rooms very comfortable and more than adequate, very quiet too, 100% will stay again

A family trip of 10 of us, very good stay, extra beds all ready for the 4 children, 1 dog as well, made welcome, good breakfast,. Nothing

The room was clean, tidy, and welcoming, the corridors were quiet, and the bed was comfy; staff were polite, informative, and courteous. The downside was that children’s swimming lessons were happening on Saturday mornings, which wasn’t mentioned on the website at all. They blocked a lane for me, but it wasn’t the peaceful, relaxing swim I expected after the gym; this should have been communicated at check‑in or on the site so I’d be warned.

It’s in a convenient spot for my trip to Telford, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
