“Rất đáng để trải nghiệm”

The staff helped us check in early if the room we chose was available, with no extra fee; the minimalist décor and nice glass view are great, but in the autumn season it gets foggy, so guests should be given a cloth to wipe the inside of the glass and also wipe the outside to avoid clouding, which would affect the stay experience; the bathroom layout is not very practical.

The home is super cute right in the center, near the Vinaphone tower, surrounded by plenty of food and entertainment spots and easy transport; the staff are sweet, enthusiastic, and willing to accommodate late checkout if the room is free—highly recommend for friends planning a trip to Da Nang ❤️; I booked R201 and the toilet seat pad seemed slightly off, but everything else was excellent ❤️.

“Fine for a night but not the best”

The hotel is a new building with an elevator and a fairly good location, and the room was clean. However, there was no air conditioning, and although it was advertised as soundproof, it was extremely noisy—karaoke and loud music from outside, plus loud talking and banging inside. There was a slight leak in the toilet and a drain smell in the bathroom, and they didn’t provide hand soap.
