The staff were very friendly, but there were a lot of cockroaches.

It’s a practical spot to stay, with no complaints to add.

The hotel feels a bit dated yet has a retro charm and sits in a central location; breakfast was good, though not very varied; the staff were excellent and very helpful—when I needed flight tickets on a national holiday they sent an agency to the hotel and solved everything in an hour; I checked out early and was able to leave my luggage in storage to retrieve it later for my flight; overall great value for the price. The only downside is that a hotel with its own history should offer the option to use credit cards.
