A beautiful house with very friendly, almost family‑like service.

“Great hotel, but with significant deficiencies in the service.”

The rooms and other hotel facilities are truly five star, especially the lobby area, the garden outside the restaurant, and the spa. We were greeted with a welcome drink and received solid local recommendations. The restaurant, however, had a rough day. We ordered a bottle of wine to accompany the starters, but it never arrived; halfway through, we were told the bottle was missing and offered a “very similar” alternative that was not comparable. After finishing the starters, we switched to two glasses but still didn’t get what we ordered. When the main courses arrived, one plate was missing side dishes and the sauce on the other had a thick skin. The missing bottle was still listed on the bill. The hotel bill itself was problematic: it included the room rent even though I had already paid and settled the hotel bill. Contacting the hotel a day later revealed that their accounting system had not properly recorded the payment, and the double payment took about two weeks to resolve. Overall, the hotel is great, but the service needs improvement.

“Super 5 Sterne Hotel mit sehr gutem Service”

The staff were exceptionally friendly, greeted us with a welcome drink at check‑in, upgraded our room for free, and the minibar was included in the room rate; we had a parking garage with a designated spot and a parking service; the breakfast was good, and our expectations were more than met, so we’ll gladly return.

“Super Lage, Kulinarisch top und trotzdem bodenständig.”

The staff were very friendly, the food was fine both for breakfast and dinner, the location is very central, and the terrace offers a nice view of the greenery.

The hotel is very well maintained, but the breakfast is very poor and unexciting; for a hotel of this level I expect much more.
