I already know the hotel well, and I liked the view from the pool and the rooms were very comfortable. The manager, a very young woman, was rude and lacked tact with guests; the breakfast was terrible, repetitive day after day, possibly just reheated, the coffee was cold, and the kitchen staff had a similarly bad attitude.

The service, cleanliness, and comfortable beds were great, and the terrace area and pool were very pleasant. Although overall good, the breakfast could be improved.

The staff were super friendly, the rooms were very clean, and the view was beautiful, but the location was not ideal.

I was disappointed that the safe was missing this time, a drawer was left open and couldn't be closed, the towels were too old, and the breakfast was extremely sparse.
