The hotel features a large, uncrowded pool and a convenient location, but the rooms look tired, the furniture is chipped, the wardrobe only works half‑as‑well, the toilet leaks, the sink clogs, the plumbing feels old, and the freezer was buried in a thick layer of snow. For three nights straight, an irritating squeak came from the opposite unit and lasted for hours. Housekeeping was weak – the floors looked cleaned, yet dust layers remained under the bed and on the furniture; a thorough clean on arrival would have kept things tidy for ten to twelve days with only light touch‑ups needed.

Sleeping, pool. The location, old condo, staff need better training for room service, left tips, but that didn't change much.
