Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tonawanda - Buffalo Area by IHG

“Great experience. Will stay there the next time we come to Buffalo.”

The breakfast lady, Lenisha, was extremely helpful and courteous, making our 5‑day stay a pleasure. Housekeeping personnel were friendly and accommodating, and I was glad there was a business‑center computer on site. More information on nearby eating places and restaurants would be helpful, and a lamp on the hotel room desk is needed.

“Fantastic mid range hotel. Nice, but doesn’t break the bank.”

Access was easy and parking was great. The park was quickly reachable, and breakfast was great. One day the cleaning staff skipped our room.

Breakfast was good, though the bananas were still green; the location was convenient for a trip to Niagara Falls and a high‑school reunion, which is why I chose it. The pool was nice and a decent size for a hotel. Breakfast was okay but not the best for vegetarians.

“Excellent value for the price”

The location was great and not too far from Niagara Falls. I had no real complaints; it was clean, the pool and breakfast were big hits, and the staff were all so kind.

“Short, but Sweet.”

The bed was comfortable, but the TV guide was confusing so it was hard to find something to watch. The room was nice, yet I found it odd that the bathroom had no fan. Breakfast was good, but one morning I wanted oatmeal and the pot was empty; the food was cold and there was no microwave to reheat it.
