Customer service is good but the hotel itself is horrible. The place has mold, smells horrible and even though somebody may try to keep it clean, there’s only so much they can do. The hotel needs a remodel job

I saw no breakfast. The ceiling tile and light in the bathroom were moldy and falling down over the toilet. There were bugs in the sink the next morning when I woke up. Lots of things. No furniture in the lobby. Box springs had vomit or shit stains on the sides of them. The halls reeked of old cigarette smoke no matter how much air freshener they sprayed.

It was peaceful and there were no bugs. It didn't have a microwave or coffee maker; they could have or add a few more features, but it’s not that bad.

Nothing. Roaches, TV didn’t work, and the room was disorganized.
