Ginsuisou Choraku

The breakfast and dinner were delicious, the room service staff were wonderful, the shuttle was handy, and the hot‑spring setting was very relaxing—definitely worth recommending and I’ll return when I can; the only downside was that the curtains weren’t blackout, though the air‑conditioning was strong enough, I just worried about getting tanned in the morning.

We had a great time there. The team was super friendly and genuinely tried to make us feel welcome and appreciated. Language can be a charming barrier, but they go the extra mile with mobile translators to keep you happy and taken care of. One of the main reasons we booked Ginsuisou Choraku was the ease of booking a private onseb experience, and we absolutely enjoyed it. The food was excellent, though sometimes a bit adventurous; if you’re open‑minded and ready to try new flavors, you won’t regret it.

The interior was clean and the flowers were beautifully arranged, but when I checked out the lobby was crowded, I was given a numbered ticket and left waiting, and nobody noticed I’d been forgotten until I went to ask.

“Excellent!”

The staff who served us were very courteous and kind. The only downside was the rainy and windy weather; otherwise everything we experienced was more than excellent.
