“I arrived at 7pm and I couldn’t access the property. I left three emails. I called them. The number provided doesn’t wor”

I didn’t sleep at this property because it was not accessible. I stayed outside for 1 hour buzzing at the gate no one came. I went the next day to find the lights switched on. Why do you as not vet your accommodations. I have basically been scammed and I want my money because technically is not safe to use. I have never been in the property. No one should book it it’s a scam

The guest house was a complete disaster. We paid for a room, but when we arrived, the place was closed and there was no one to let us in. The phone number went straight to voicemail, and my messages were ignored. It's clear that this guest house is a scam and should be removed from any booking platform.

The property doesn't exist, it's a scam, and I was left stranded with my kids; I demand a refund and removal from the app.

“Horrible”

I'm still trying to wrap my head around how a place can just not exist. We arrived at 9:30 PM with our kids and were left stranded when we realized the guest house was a non-starter. The contact number went to voicemail, and we had to find another place to stay at short notice. It's a shame, because it looked like a nice spot from the outside.
