Best Western Shepherdsville

The location was excellent – right next to the conference centre. We asked for hangers immediately after check‑in, but they didn’t arrive until two days later, making it hard to keep clothes wrinkle‑free. Every night the floor above was consistently noisy well past 11 pm.

“Best Westerns are usually pretty clean, this room was not.”

The hot breakfast was good, but the room smelled and the mattress was uncomfortable. The bathroom needed better cleaning; there were leftover hairs in and on the tub, and the toilet had a yellowish residue behind the seat that I had to wipe off.

“Ottimo per una sosta lungo la strada”

The breakfast was tasty and varied, and the free parking was a big plus. The room was spacious, quiet, and just outside the main road, with many restaurants and bars nearby. Laundry service was very convenient, washing and drying for only $6. The machines only accept 25‑cent coins, but you can change them at reception.

“served my purposes”

The facility feels dated and is undergoing renovations, but it seems to have been recently purchased and is under new management.

“Great, clean hotel - pet friendly - good value for money”

The place is clean, pet friendly, and the breakfast is great, though it is still being renovated.
