Breakfast was quite suitable, location convenient, close to the city center and Xuân Hương Lake, but the hallway was rather dark.

Close to the market and the lake, but there were few power outlets and the room's electrical fixtures like lights and switches needed upgrading.

A short 5‑10 minute walk got me to the night market, and the breakfast offered a good variety that I liked, while the staff were friendly. The only downside was that there was no convenience store nearby.
