The service was impeccable, the place is beautiful, and the cabins are lovely and comfortable. It would have been great to have a service that delivers meals to the cabin; there is a service that takes guests to the restaurant, but being able to receive some meals in the cabin would be ideal.

The restaurant food was excellent, but the accommodations are up on the mountain and the access is difficult.

The chalet was tastefully decorated and comfortable, offering breathtaking views, while the staff were very attentive, the cleaning was flawless, and having to drive a 4x4 up to the place added a unique twist to the experience.

I loved every part of the hotel and can’t wait to return. The only slight annoyance was that getting to the rooms was a tough walk, only 4x4 vehicles could reach them, so we had to rely on the staff’s rides.

The location is exceptional—relaxing, comfortable, and the view is out of this world. Nothing to complain about.
