Clean, a big bathroom, everything is close by, free parking, the owner is hassle‑free, and the air‑conditioning works. The hair dryer is weak, but otherwise everything is great.

The spot is strategic, and you can walk to Comacchio’s centre without any trouble. The guy running the B&B is very kind and super helpful; I left a garment in the room and when I went back the following weekend he was very courteous about retrieving it.

The owner was very nice and helpful because the room lacked a minibar fridge, and he immediately arranged a solution. The structure and the bathroom are modern and clean. No complaints.

The room was spacious, comfortable, air‑conditioned, and the bathroom was large and recently renovated. It was impeccably clean, and the owner was courteous and friendly. However, the shower area should always have a shower foam, shampoo, or at least single‑dose sachets; it shouldn’t be left completely bare.
