The place was clean and the location convenient, but after I booked and paid the full amount through Booking, they charged me again at check‑in and said the earlier payment would be refunded to my card. It’s now been 43 days and I still haven’t received the money.
I liked the hotel’s location near the city center and the suspended square, but it was inside a skyscraper with hard-to‑find directions because of few signs.
“Terribile soggiorno”
The only positive note is the location. Rooms have no windows, breakfast isn’t provided, and there’s a terrible smoke smell inside the building and rooms (traveling with children makes it even more painful).

The location was excellent, close to attractions and plenty of events in the area. The self‑laundry facility was a great bonus, and the Chinese breakfast was good.

1) Location: Metro Line 2 Linjangmen Station Exit 2 – very convenient to take the metro from the airport to the hotel. 2) Many eateries and walking distance to some tourist spots. 3) Staff are helpful and friendly. No complaints.
