Almost everything! They never put Kleenex boxes in the bathrooms; they should put them even if they charge for them, because they only give us one in a pocket. This hotel isn’t just any hotel; for me it’s the best in San Juan del Río.

The air conditioner, dryer, and phone didn’t work, and there was no nursing station to handle emergencies.
