I loved that the hotel had an on‑site restaurant, and the food was delicious.

the only elevator broke down during stay and was not working for at least 3 days

The room cost $300, yet it was far from worth it; after calling the hotel, they insisted it was already booked even though I had a reservation. The space was tiny, a stain marred the floor, the window was dirty, the lampshades were covered in hair, and the door bore greasy fingerprints.

The refrigerator failed to function, causing us to lose all our stored items.

The restaurant was excellent, but the booking process felt more like calling a motel, and they never mentioned the possibility of a firefighter discount.
