The place is very pretty and quiet, perfect for disconnecting.
“Buen lugar”
I liked staying in a spot that opens to nature; the facilities overall were very pretty and the rooms spacious. The staff were generally friendly. It’s a calm space, the pool is nice and the beds comfortable. Finding the place is easy and check‑in isn’t complicated. I wish they’d address the cleaning and kitchen issues. Overall the breakfast was tasty, but when we ordered dinner the burger didn’t taste fresh, seemed packaged, and for the price I expected better, same with the salchipapas. The room cleaning could be improved; they didn’t do a full clean the next day, I asked for towel changes several times and only did it at night, the sheet was dirty and I requested a change but they didn’t. Also, for the room’s privacy it would help to have curtains on the door, because the glass door lets you see inside and there’s a gap between the doors that reveals the room.

The location, view, landscape and house décor were great. The staff were very kind. However, they got a bit tangled up with breakfast or some requests. The breakfast was a bit messy, there wasn’t enough food when refilling the buffet and some items weren’t high quality, like the bread. It would be worth having some parasols by the pool and a mat in the bathroom.
