The staff were friendly, everything was clean, the atmosphere cozy, the oat‑milk coffee machine was top, and breakfast was good, also vegan and organic. Everything was very good. Personally, I liked the music at breakfast and in the lounge on the ground floor.

“gute Übernachtung für Stadtbesuch”

Everything matched our expectations: good sleep, decent and sufficient breakfast, but there were a lot of people. The walkable proximity to the city was pleasant, parking on the public street was okay for 6 € per day, and the underground garage was 25 € per day.

“Meine beste Motel One Erfahrung bisher”

The location is excellent. It’s just a short walk to the centre, and if you’re lazy you can take the tram quickly. The rooms and fittings are exactly what you expect from Motel One. During a business trip a friend from Dresden stayed with me for two nights at no extra cost. Super service! Cool staff at the bar area – had fun having a drink there in the evening. Nothing was not okay.

“Nvt”

I wasn’t there during that period. Out of the 25‑27th, I paid twice and received nothing back while I cancelled on the 24th because I had made a mistake. I filed a complaint but heard nothing more, which I find incomprehensible. €233.20 was transferred on 24/09/2026 and €293.14 to the above‑named hotel in Dresden. I received €35 back! So I lost €198 because I was mistaken. That hurts, I can tell you. Kind regards, G. Geerken

The lobby is cozy and the staff very accommodating; the location is good for the inner Neustadt and the train station. There is a bit of limited space on the right side of the bed and no place to put things.
