“جيد جداً”
Everything was fine, but there is no sound insulation.
Nice and quiet hotel, good for a 2 to 3 night stay, but there is no laundry service available in the hotel.
The location was good and the rooms were clean, but there was no laundry service available.
The room was clean and well-equipped; the front desk staff were cheerful and helpful.
“Hard”
The place was clean, but checking in was a nightmare—first time for us, and the process was very difficult. Madam Tida made everything complicated, checking every tiny detail in the room, and we had to wait a long time to finish the check‑out. I will never return to this hotel.
