Hilton Garden Inn Pune Hinjawadi

We liked everything, but breakfast could have more options.

“Pathetic, not going again. Not recommended. Costs a Hilton and service absolutely ridiculous”

Every department is confused, from valet to GM; absolutely pathetic service and failures; everyone apologizes daily but nothing improves in any sphere despite repeated feedback; front office, billing, restaurant staff, and valet are all confused; the entire team is completely out of sync.

“Great Exp right from Check In to Check out. Food Option, taste, variety and staff was excellent”

Food options, quality, and taste were good; the staff was courteous and helpful; keep up the service standards. Cheers. All good, no complaints.

Breakfast was truly awesome with a wide variety of options, and I see no room for improvement.

“Need improved infrastructure”

The staff were caring and the breakfast was good, but the room was subpar—water leaked from the bathroom seal, it wasn’t clean, and the leak was next to electrical equipment, which is hazardous.
