“Good”

The location was great, the robot room‑service delivery worked, and the front‑desk staff were helpful, but the small restaurant was either closed or fully booked, and the food was just average.

We asked for a room with a good view and got one—a floor‑to‑ceiling window with a beautiful city view, exactly what we wanted. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything and a short walk to the waterfront. The room was very comfortable; it might feel a bit small if you’re not from a city, but it had everything we needed and made good use of the space with pocket doors. The rooftop deck is wonderful, and the hotel is close to many good restaurants, coffee shops, and museums. We were hoping for a quick, small breakfast in the restaurant, but the prix‑fixe menu was surprisingly pricey; a croissant or an egg and coffee option would have been nice, though there are plenty of other local choices, so it’s not a big deal.

The décor and comfort were nice, but there were a lot of spiders on the terrace.

The room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast was excellent, but we couldn’t use the rooftop during our stay because it was privatized.

Everything else was fine: the room was spacious, the bed and pillows were super comfy, breakfast was great, and the staff were very friendly. However, when we asked if they could prepare a take‑away breakfast for us because we were heading to the airport early, they said they didn’t offer that, which surprised us since other hotels we’ve stayed at have.
