The location was great. The room was very small, and the receptionist didn’t speak Spanish and seemed uninterested if we understood her; she appeared annoyed.

The only upside was the convenience of being right across from a major train station, so I didn’t have to spend much time in the room. The room itself stank of sewerage, the heater was broken, the space was cramped, and the shower was awful; my mother and I were disappointed that our last night in Paris wasn’t as magnificent and magical as it could have been, which really saddened us.

Nothing positive. The staff was rude, took our bags with medication inside, and told us we couldn’t check in until 3.
