Cleanliness and service were solid, yet the hotel didn't provide enough towels or soap for all guests and only issued a single key card.

The staff were respectful, especially Mr. Mohammed and Ms. Shrouq, though the overall cleanliness could improve.

The quiet was appreciated, but the air conditioning was a problem.
