“Below average.”
The location itself is nice but you need a car—nothing’s around, and it’s hard to find inside Kufri; their number doesn’t work. The property was dirty; when we entered the room the toilet seat had urine on it, and the rooms were untidy. The food is ridiculously expensive and doesn’t justify the cost.
The staff and food were good, yet the resort sits between Kufri and Chail and there’s nothing within 15 km in either direction. The photos make it seem like the view faces the valley, but none of the rooms actually do; they open onto an under‑construction building.
The staff behaved well, but the balcony view was disappointing.
