The location was great, the staff were very friendly, room service worked well, the room was clean and beautiful, and security at the gate was solid. The shower could have been better—there was no waterfall option and it felt dated compared to the rest. A plug on one side of the bed didn't work and a light was flickering, but both were fixed the same day after reporting, and the staff were amazing.

Everything was fine and we enjoyed our stay. It was our wedding anniversary, so I called ahead to let the hotel know and they promised to set something up, but when I arrived nothing was prepared and there was no note in the room, which was disappointing. I wish they had communicated whether they needed extra payment or something else.

The staff were helpful and the shuttle ran on time, and breakfast was excellent. However, the air conditioning was either off or ineffective, leaving the rooms hot, and the placement of the power sockets and hair dryer felt awkward.
