“Very irresponsible and bad”
This was the worst experience of my life, the booking was cancelled without any prior notice and on asking the reason, it was rudely said that they had got another good booking so they cancelled it, whoever wants to complain can do so. After this, I along with my family had to wander for hours in heavy rain for another room, in this way not only the hotel owner but also proved to be very irresponsible and I would advise everyone to stay away .
