The service level was very good and the gym was excellent, although the water treatment could use improvement; breakfast was decent. The hotel’s location was quite inconvenient, tucked away in an unwelcoming setting.

We booked this hotel for a two‑night layover, but it turned out to be disappointing. We arrived in the evening and no staff were available to help with our luggage, so we had to carry everything ourselves to the room; the staff were friendly but not helpful.

“Muhteşem bir otel”

The hotel was very clean, staff were attentive and friendly, and the restaurant area was tidy. The only issue was that TV broadcasts frequently cut out, which was the sole annoyance.
