“Gutes Hotel mit schlechtem Service”

The rooms were clean and nicely designed, yet for almost four weeks I’ve been trying to get an invoice for my stay to submit to my employer, but the hotel never responds and blames the hotel itself; I’ll never book here again.

“Ein sauberes hotel”

The place was really clean, and the rooms were well equipped, but the tables outside the entrance were quite dirty with alcoholic cups and other trash left around; it’s sad that people don’t tidy up after themselves.

The room was functional, the bed was 1.60 m wide and adequate, there was a small workstation, a wall‑mounted TV, and the bathroom was lovely with a large, level‑floor rain shower, a small adjustable shower head, a towel heater, a big sink, and plenty of storage; the downside was the open corner space, which was too small and had two compartments that were too high for my 1.75 m height.

“Pokój ładny i czysty, mogłaby być lepsza obsługa klienta”

The room and dining area were very nice, but upon arrival I discovered I couldn’t check in because there was no key, and someone had taken the room 1.5 h before our arrival; the wait for a solution was very long (over an hour for any room), and in the replacement room the bathroom mirror was smashed, so every time I used the hair dryer it kept stopping, making it impossible to dry my hair calmly.
