“Great staff but room needs to be great too”

I disliked every aspect; it turned out worse than expected, with a terrible experience and unresponsive staff, no hot water at all—don’t book if you’re heading to Mangalore, Surathkal KA.

I had a wonderful stay: the rooms were clean, spacious and comfy, the staff polite, helpful, and always on hand; the location was convenient, the food superb, and check‑in/out ran smoothly, making the whole visit hassle‑free—definitely recommend for a pleasant stay.
