The apartment is very beautiful and clean, in a very convenient location for reaching the Archaeological Park and also quite comfortable for Ortigia. The host handled the check‑in and check‑out remotely but still with efficiency and courtesy. Definitely recommended.

The room was complete, tidy, and clean—nothing was missing. The owner was always helpful. Additionally, there were several parking spots right under the accommodation that could be used, and a nice café where you could easily communicate in English. The walls were very poorly insulated, and in the bathroom you could clearly hear the neighbors. Moreover, the front door to our accommodation was misaligned and had a 0.5 cm gap when closed, which irritated us at night when the light in the vestibule was on and also let the noise from the vestibule carry through. Still, in the background of the positives, these shortcomings can be accepted.

The room was spacious, modern and clean. The bar downstairs was great for breakfast and savory snacks. Parking was available nearby, with free spots under the building or blue strips in the area. I would add a few hooks or a hanger in the room and some clips to use the external drying line.
