“Convenient, comfortable and accessible”

Cleanliness and staff responsiveness were good. Heavy rains caused flooding that made it hard to access the property.

“Excellent value for money option on Victoria Island, will definitely stay there again.”

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Judith at reception who sorted out flight and airport issues for me. The evening bistro served barbecue chicken with jollof rice that was delicious. Nothing else to mention.

“I liked the fact they could send me somewhere else which was okay”

They redirected me to another property because it was full and asked me to cancel my reservation. The only downside was that it was already full before I arrived.

The hotel offered a cozy atmosphere, welcoming staff, and tasty food. The complimentary breakfast could use some improvement.

Breakfast was simple but pleasant, featuring Naija flavours and pancakes, and the welcome drink added a nice touch. The staff were friendly and the stay was great, though I didn’t get much to do with the outdoor area in the evening. I’ll definitely return on a work trip.
