“B&B with super friendly owner in a central location”
It sits right in the center of Rieti, and the room I stayed in was huge. The owner is very friendly, and breakfast comes with a voucher to a nearby bar for a coffee or tea and a sweet croissant, which is how Italians start their day. I liked it, but as a cyclist I needed a bigger breakfast, so it wasn't quite enough. Good to know for those who want a substantial morning meal.

The place sat right in the old town, so strolling around was a breeze and it was close to shops and food spots. The only downside was that some loud people were out at night until very late, but that was on a Saturday.
